Job Summary

The Senior Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of our wine bar, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day activities of the wine bar
  • Maintain high standards of customer service
  • Develop and implement operational strategies

Salary: Up to £50k per annum

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves working in a local neighbourhood wine bar. The owners are super down to earth and give you the space to spread your wings and run the site as if it were your own.

The wine bar is a hub for the local community, and we are looking for someone who can build on this by developing relationships with local suppliers and promoting events that bring people together.
