Job Title: AI Portfolio and PMO Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Portfolio and PMO Lead to join our team at Pfizer, S.A. de C.V. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development and implementation of AI and data-driven processes to optimize project delivery and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and lead standardized Portfolio and Project Management processes and platforms to manage complex demand across the organization.
  • Lead strategic initiatives and special projects in partnership with the leadership team.
  • Develop and implement AI and data-driven processes to optimize project delivery.
  • Establish and uphold organizational standards for project delivery methods, including Agile, waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
  • Manage resourcing and capacity across teams, ensuring resources are aligned to top priority projects and identifying opportunities for improvement in cost control and efficiency.
  • Centralize responsibility for the Managed Community of contracted Project Managers and Business Analysts, ensuring the most cost-effective and optimized staffing model for all of AI and Data Analytics team.
  • Interpret divisional strategy and define key performance metrics that align to the strategic goals of the organization.
  • Consolidate and oversee all projects and commitments, including status, financials, interdependencies, issues, and risks, and prepare portfolio dashboards, metrics, and reports and investment recommendations.
  • Develop and deliver monthly dashboards to Senior Leadership that demonstrate performance against the strategy, consolidate all metrics by tower in a consumable format fit for the audience, and to gain new insights.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of demonstrated progressive experience as an IT leader.
  • Demonstrated understanding and enterprise-scale project and portfolio management skills.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes.
  • Understanding of Operating Model and Governance Processes in large Digital Organizations.
  • Excellent skills in analysis, critical thinking, and planning, oral and written communication, consensus building, facilitation, negotiation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP certification.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • AI & Data Analytics background, certifications.
