About the Role

Jenrick Engineering is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager to lead our compliance efforts and ensure that our site operates in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the site meets and exceeds legal and regulatory standards, including LOLER, PSSR, PUWER, and DSEAR.
  2. Technical Support: Provide technical advice and support across the site to maintain high standards of safety and compliance.
  3. Audit and Inspection: Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and rectify potential compliance issues.
  4. Staff Training: Develop and deliver compliance training programs to staff to ensure understanding and adherence to regulations.
  5. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with site operations, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  6. Improvement Initiatives: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance and safety practices across the site.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Experience in a compliance role within the FMCG industry.
  2. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of LOLER, PSSR, PUWER, and DSEAR regulations.
  3. Qualifications: Relevant degree or certification in Health & Safety, Compliance, Engineering, or a related field.
  4. Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide technical support and advice effectively.
