Lead Regulatory Strategist

We are seeking a Senior Product Regulatory Affairs Leader to join our team and drive the strategy for product safety and regulatory compliance across our business.

Your key responsibilities will include creating and delivering the strategy for product safety and regulatory compliance, managing large-scale programs of scientific testing, and providing guidance and direction to leadership teams on product regulatory and safety issues.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and passion for chemical regulation and legislation, with specific experience in global chemical regulations/legislation. You must be an excellent communicator, have strong influencing skills, and be able to constructively challenge and effectively lead and implement business regulatory strategy.

Estimated Salary: £90,000 - £130,000 per annum

About the Position
  • Grow and develop the Regulatory/Product Stewardship team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary expertise.
  • Provide leadership, advice, guidance, and strategic input to all key team decisions.
  • Represent the company in external regulatory organisations.
