Key Responsibilities:
  • Market properties to potential tenants
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
  • Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor

Your Journey:

Your journey as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre. This purpose-built training location offers industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions. You will also receive a fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training, as well as breakfast, lunch, and an evening meal provided during your stay.
