We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Leader to join our team as a Customer Service Team Leader. This role is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to the success of our organization.
About the Role
This Customer Service Team Leader position involves leading a team of customer-facing staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent customer service delivery. You will be responsible for driving performance improvement, resolving customer complaints, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of customer-facing staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives and improve processes
- Provide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to team members
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and team performance
Requirements

- Able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities

- Experience in customer-facing roles or customer service management
