Role Overview

The successful candidate will play a key role in providing administrative support to the CommOps area, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and effectively managing stakeholder requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange meetings and coordinate the booking of rooms, travel, accommodation, and hospitality as required.
  • Provide diary and itinerary management, maintaining confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Prepare meeting packs, record, and produce minutes for key business meetings.
  • Maintain data/records, ensuring information is readily available and easily accessible.
  • Respond to phone and email enquiries from external parties, preparing letters, documents, and reports as needed.
  • Cover for reception duties in the Training Centre.
  • Comply with health, safety, environment, and other statutory requirements relevant to this role.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, able to interact with various levels of the organization and externally.

Requirements

  • Good organizational skills, flexibility, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and be proactive, using Outlook or similar diary/email applications and Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Experience working independently and being proactive.
  • Previous team support experience and knowledge of business processes and systems are desirable.
