About the Role
We are seeking a Casual Residential Support Worker to join our team at Hexagon Care Services. As a Casual Residential Support Worker, you will provide support and care to young people in our residential homes, promoting their well-being and helping them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and care to young people in our residential homes
- Assist with daily tasks, such as cooking and cleaning
- Participate in activities and games with the young people
- Manage challenging behaviors and provide emotional support
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the home
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children or vulnerable adults
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
