Behavioural Support Worker

A Behaviour Mentor in an SEMH school plays a vital role in supporting students with significant behavioural and emotional challenges. They provide tailored guidance and mentorship, building positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents to tackle underlying issues.
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience working with young people with SEMH and behavioural needs.
- Be proactive and organised in their approach.
- Have a genuine passion for education and a drive to make a positive impact.
- Be an effective team player, able to work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Be confident in supporting students one-to-one, providing individualised support and guidance.
In addition to these essential skills and qualities, candidates must also be UK residents, with valid Right to Work documents and relevant qualifications.
