Behavioural Support Worker

A Behaviour Mentor in an SEMH school plays a vital role in supporting students with significant behavioural and emotional challenges. They provide tailored guidance and mentorship, building positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents to tackle underlying issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with SEMH and behavioural needs, promoting resilience and social-emotional skills.
- Develop and implement personalised behaviour management plans, working closely with teachers and parents.
- Be proactive and organised, with a passion for education and a drive to make a positive impact.
- Work effectively in a team, supporting students 1:1 and contributing to a collaborative learning environment.
Requirements:
- Experience working with young people with SEMH and behavioural needs.
- UK residency, with valid Right to Work documents and relevant qualifications.
