Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students in need.
  • Develop and deliver subject-specific interventions to drive student progress.
  • Cultivate a love of STEM subjects among students through engaging and interactive approaches.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to design and implement effective learning strategies.
  • Foster positive relationships with students to promote good behaviour and engagement.

Requirements:

  • A first-class degree in a STEM subject from a reputable UK university.
  • Desirable to have previous experience working with children or in a tutoring capacity.
  • Excellent behaviour management skills and the ability to support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
  • Exceptional communication skills for working with students, teachers, and parents.
  • A passion for STEM education and a commitment to making it accessible and engaging for all students.
