Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Aesthetic Therapist to join our team at a prestigious clinic in Mayfair, renowned for providing discreet services to high-net-worth individuals.

The successful candidate will utilize the latest technology to combine advanced non-surgical treatments for the face and body, delivering natural, long-lasting results.

This role demands meticulous attention to detail, high energy output, and a proactive approach to client service and care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct consultations, assess patient needs, and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Perform a range of advanced skin and body treatments using the latest technology to achieve positive patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the doctor to continually monitor, assess, and adjust treatment plans as required.
  • Establish strong client relationships and create a welcoming and professional atmosphere that promotes customer loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and improve clinic operations.
  • Drive sales, contribute ideas for business growth, and create engaging content.
  • Maintain impeccable treatment rooms and front-of-house areas, adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
Candidate Requirements:
  • 5-10 years' experience as an Aesthetic Therapist, ideally within a 5-star establishment, working with high-profile clients, delivering discreet and highly professional service.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or above.
  • Deep knowledge of anti-aging treatments, with a solid ability to combine skincare and device therapies for optimal results.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to provide clear, professional advice to clients.
  • A genuine passion for the industry, stays informed on the latest aesthetic trends.
  • Skilled at building lasting client relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Takes the initiative and works to ensure exceptionally high standards.
Compensation Package:

£35,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience

10% commission on all treatments, with the potential to achieve a total annual income of £60,000 to £80,000.
