The Opportunity: We are looking for a Quant Research Manager to join our growing quant team. You will be working on a range of different clients and projects, and you will be instrumental in the strategic direction of the team. You will be immersed in a highly knowledgeable quant team who implement innovative and creative approaches to help clients resolve a range of commercial problems they face.

About you: You will be an established Research Manager or high-end SRE level working in the world of quant research, delivering both ad-hoc and continuous quant research and a range of different approaches. You will have in-depth quantitative experience, the ability to design research approaches according to client business needs. You should be able to work on a variety of different projects at one time and work in a fast-paced environment.

You will also be experienced at developing and helping build on other team members' skill-set within the area of quant research. You should be able to mentor more junior team members and have experience line managing and on-the-job coaching. Be able to work as part of a wider company and contribute to the growth of the business.

This role will offer hybrid working from a London office 3/4 days a week and the rest from home.
