Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Pastoral Manager to join our team at Dorothy Stringer School, Brighton and Hove. The successful candidate will work closely with young people and parents to support student behaviour and well-being. You will be responsible for managing pupil behaviour, working with teachers, families, and carers to address any issues, and contributing to the development of our school's pastoral programme.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for supporting young people to reach their full potential. This is a rewarding and challenging role that requires strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
