We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Pastoral Support team as a Pastoral Support Tutor to provide academic and pastoral support to our full-time learners.

This role will involve working closely with our students to identify their strengths and areas for improvement, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Job Description:

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience of supporting students aged 16-19
  • High motivation and effective time management skills
  • A proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
