You'll be working with vulnerable people or those in debt, delivering an outstanding customer experience, especially for high-risk customers. This requires empathy, resilience, and a drive to find creative solutions to complex problems.

The key responsibilities include:
  1. Providing support to our most vulnerable customers via phone, email, and third-party services.
  2. Working closely with the rest of the business to ensure we're prioritizing customer affordability and vulnerability.

  2. Confidence in making informed decisions.
  3. Drive to identify and implement positive change.
  4. Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer journey.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Previous customer service experience (we'll provide full training).
  2. A proactive mindset and a passion for making a difference.

  1. Competitive Salary: £24,195 - £26,010 per annum, based on experience.
  2. Hybrid Working Approach: split your week between home and our Bolton hub (typically 2-3 days).
