About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Aspirations Care Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing emotional support and reassurance to individuals recovering from mental health conditions in our services in Crawley.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide emotional support and reassurance to individuals in crisis
  • Ensure the safety and security of individuals and properties
  • Encourage active participation in the local community

Requirements

  • Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions (preferred but not essential)
  • Passionate about supporting others and making a difference
  • Positive and caring nature
  • Energetic and understanding
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and be resilient
