SEND Support Worker

Job Summary
As a Teaching Assistant – Special Needs, you will play a vital role in supporting primary aged pupils with additional needs in our partner SEND school settings in Grantham.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting pupils with varying levels of ability and need
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
- Providing one-to-one support and small group instruction
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans
- Fostering strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting teachers with classroom management and organization
- Assisting with behavior management and developing strategies to promote positive behavior
- Providing emotional support and guidance to pupils
- Participating in ongoing professional development to improve skills and knowledge

- Daily rates paid using the PAYE system (£16,000 - £22,000 per annum)
