Trainee Heat Pumps Engineer Opportunity

Dynamite Recruitment Solutions Ltd is partnering with a leading Domestic and Commercial Gas + Renewable Energy business to recruit a Trainee Heat Pumps Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and positive Gas Technician to work as a Trainee Heat Pumps Engineer in a Multi-role across gas and heat pumps service repairs and breakdowns.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Heat Pumps Engineer. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of service and repair tasks for air source heat pumps / ASHP systems, as well as other ad-hoc tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting a team and working independently on service and breakdown engineering tasks
  • Carrying out service and repair work on air source heat pumps / ASHP systems
  • Completing other ad-hoc tasks as required
What We Offer

We offer a competitive basic salary up to £40K depending on level of gas experience, company van and fuel card, great overtime pay, well-earning call out rota, 25 days holiday, and opportunities to progress to Senior Engineer or Supervisor roles.

As a Trainee Heat Pumps Engineer, you will have the opportunity to enroll in an extremely lucrative call out rota, which is carried out once every 4 weeks. The great thing is that we don't get many late-night call outs, so the hours tend to be quite standard.
