Trainee Heat Pumps Engineer Opportunity

Dynamite Recruitment Solutions Ltd is partnering with a leading Domestic and Commercial Gas + Renewable Energy business to recruit a Trainee Heat Pumps Engineer.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and positive Gas Technician to work as a Trainee Heat Pumps Engineer in a multi-role across gas and heat pumps service repairs and breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting a team and working independently on service and breakdown engineering tasks to a variety of service and repair work to air source heat pumps / ASHP systems.
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring high-quality workmanship.
  • Working closely with the team to achieve business objectives and growth.
What We Offer

Basic salary up to £40K depending on level of gas experience, company van and fuel card, great overtime pay, well-earning call out rota, 25 days holiday, and opportunities to progress to Senior Engineer or Supervisor roles.

Enrollment into an extremely lucrative call out rota with standard working hours and minimal late-night call outs.

Requirements

Domestic Gas Service and Repairs experience, Core Domestic Gas qualifications, and a proactive and positive attitude.
