We're looking for a highly motivated and organised Property Service Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues and maintaining high-quality service standards.

About the Role:

This role involves logging, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance, inspections, and repair works. You'll act as the primary point of contact for enquires, issues, and service requests, managing and tracking service requests, prioritising urgent issues and keeping clients updated with progress.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs across multiple sites
  • Providing exceptional customer service through clear communication and timely resolution of issues
  • Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues
  • Supporting team members with additional tasks and projects as required
