About the Role:

We are seeking a confident and proactive Internal Sales Representative to join our client's Internal Sales Team. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling enquiries from clients efficiently and accurately. Your main tasks will include:

  • Handling client enquiries via phone and email
  • Assisting with delivery coordination
  • Liaising with key suppliers

Key Responsibilities:

As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high levels of customer service
  • Maximizing sales by promoting the company's name and reputation
  • Building strong relationships with customers, existing and new

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain client relations
  • Computer literacy in Word and Excel
  • Electrical product knowledge and sales experience (desirable)
