**Office Internal Sales / Electrical Supplies**

Location - Sidcup

Industry - Electrical Supplies

Hours - Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm - no weekends

Salary - up to circa £40K depending on experience

We are looking for a good all-rounder with some electrical wholesale experience to join our team.

You will be working in telephone sales (both proactive and reactive) responding to telephone enquiries, following up on sales, providing quotations.

**Responsibilities**

Telephone sales - reactive and proactive telephone sales

Handling incoming phone calls

Processing orders and quotes using the company SAGE systems

Sourcing products and placing the relevant orders

Building, developing and managing relationships with customers

Ensuring all records, systems and paperwork are kept up to date

**Skills & Experience needed**

Some general Electrical sales knowledge and experience would help but being a well-motivated ambitious person is more important

Manage, meet and exceed customer expectations

The ability to build relationships with a variety of customers

Good telephone manner

Enjoys sales

Friendly, articulate, customer focused

Experience within an electrical wholesaler would be advantageous, or in a similar telesales field.
