About the Role

As an Audit Supervisor in our Hospitality team, you will play a key role in supporting our Audit Managers in managing their portfolio and clients. This is an intermediate role that provides the experience of a manager without the responsibility of managing a portfolio.

Our team specializes in hospitality, providing relevant, up-to-date, and practical support to our clients. We pride ourselves on having deep-rooted knowledge in the sector and developing strong relationships with our clients. As an Audit Supervisor, you will work with hotels, restaurants, pubs, and bars, leisure, and F&B businesses of all sizes, from single-site and family-run to independent groups, franchises, and large corporates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting Audit Managers in servicing clients, including audit planning, onsite reviews, audit completion, and attending client meetings.
  • Liaising with tax and other departments.
  • Working with clients to answer questions and requests.
  • Supervising audit staff, providing feedback, and coaching.
  • Assisting managers on one-off projects, such as tendering for new work and research into particular sectors or companies.
  • Getting involved and leading non-client projects within the audit department.
  • Other tasks as required to support the work of the firm.

Work-Based Competencies

  • ACA or ACCA qualified.
  • Relevant professional experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to execute audits with limited support.
