Electrical Technician (Entry-Level)

Location: Farnborough

Salary: £25,000

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Electrical Technician to join our team in Farnborough. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a long-term career path with growth potential. The role is based in our workshop and will provide hands-on experience, starting with the basics of electrical assembly for capital equipment used in the FMCG/food sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Learn the fundamentals of electrical assembly by working on capital equipment.
  2. Shadow senior engineers to understand all aspects of assembly, testing, and refurbishment.
  3. Progress through various departments to gain exposure to every aspect of the workshop processes.
  4. Wiring into control panels on sub-assembled packaging machinery.
Requirements:
  1. A basic electrical qualification (or equivalent).
  2. Strong interest in pursuing a career in electrical engineering, particularly within an industrial setting.
  3. Ability to understand electrical diagrams.
