Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our contractual agreements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for negotiating, drafting, and executing contracts while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the full contract lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  2. Negotiate contract terms, conditions, and pricing to secure favorable agreements for the company.
  3. Review and interpret contract terms to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive contract execution and ensure seamless project delivery.
  5. Monitor contract performance and address any issues that arise, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, fostering a culture of trust and cooperation.
  7. Provide guidance on contractual matters to internal teams, ensuring consistent application of company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in contract management and negotiation, with a strong track record of successful contract execution.
  2. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple contracts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word, with the ability to create and manage contracts, reports, and other documents.
  5. Demonstrated ability to lead and drive projects to successful completion, with a strong focus on quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • Contract management: 3 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
