We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Manchester. As a Business Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for contacting business owners and HR professionals to showcase our solution and demonstrate its value in reducing staff absence, improving employee wellbeing, and increasing productivity.

Our client offers a comprehensive employee assistance programme (EAP) that provides 24/7 support, online wellbeing content, and a 365 helpline. As a Sales Development Representative, you will work closely with our experienced BDM team to develop and progress your career in sales.

What You'll Do
  • Contact business owners and HR professionals to set up online demonstrations
  • Develop relationships with senior HR professionals and business owners
  • Prospect potential customers via phone, email, and social media
  • Help more senior sales colleagues and learn from their experiences

After 12 months, you will be eligible for promotions and respected pay rises into either a BDM (OTE £100k), Team Leader, or trainer role.
