As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting patients to overcome their tobacco dependence and achieve a healthier lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver tobacco dependence assessments and provide education to patients on options for managing their tobacco dependence.
  • Work collaboratively with a wide multidisciplinary team to raise awareness of the harm caused by tobacco and its impact on long-term physical health.
  • Support the priorities of the Princess Alexandra Hospital Trust in relation to smoking cessation and smoke-free hospitals.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with all members of the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
