Treasury Manager Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
As a key member of the Brewer Morris team, the Assistant Treasury Manager will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of bank reconciliations for all group companies. This will involve identifying and resolving discrepancies, posting Australia bank transactions, and managing month-end manual postings in Excel.
Stocking Plan Management:
The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing stocking loans with our funders, identifying funding options, and maintaining accurate records of loan transactions within the ERP. They will also be responsible for setting up loans, setting up repayment schedules, processing repayments, and posting all interest costs for the group.
ONS Returns and Balance Sheet Reconciliations:
The Assistant Treasury Manager will be responsible for preparing and submitting ONS returns as required and supporting with balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Currency Management:
They will be responsible for updating currency rates regularly, performing currency revaluations for both UK and US operations, supporting the AR and AP teams, and managing batches, coding, and process reviews. They will also be responsible for team management and supporting the Group Treasury Manager in their duties as required.
Requirements:
A solid background in corporate treasury is essential, and an ACT/Accounting qualification is preferred.
