Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process patient registrations, update records, and maintain accurate filing systems.
  • Coordinate appointments, bookings, and home visits according to practice protocols.
  • Assist with reception duties, including greeting patients, handling queries, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and other organizations as required.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Support the practice manager in maintaining accurate records, reports, and databases.

Requirements

  • English & Maths GCSE or equivalent (grade A*-D/ grade 9 to 3)
  • Experience working within a team and providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain accuracy in high-volume situations.
