Reed Accountancy is proud to be working with a business in Leeds who is seeking an interim Payroll Officer to join their team on a part-time basis. This role will be approximately 12 months in duration and will offer a great benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Input: Ensure the accuracy of payroll information.
  • Payroll Processing: Run Sage payroll, handle adjustments, and manage vouchers, new starters, and leavers.
  • Pensions: Manage auto-enrolment and contributions, upload reports, and communicate with providers.
  • Updates: Update payroll spreadsheets on a monthly basis.
  • Records: Maintain organized payroll information.
  • Queries: Respond to payroll-related questions.
  • Filing: File and archive payroll documents.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar or related role.
  • Sage Payroll experience.
  • Good working knowledge of RTI, auto-enrolment, and pensions.
  • Strong IT and analytical skills.
