About Our Client: Our client is a well-established RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice based in the heart of Kent. They specialise in delivering high-quality, locally sourced designs that showcase traditional vernacular architecture and natural materials such as timber, clay, and stone.

Job Description: As a Town Planner, you will assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications, conduct site appraisals, and liaise with local authorities and clients. You will also support the senior team in managing planning processes for diverse architectural projects.

Key Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in Town Planning or a related discipline, accredited by the RTPI. Some relevant experience in planning, strong communication skills, and organisational and problem-solving abilities are also essential.
