About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead our team at Pedn Olva, a stunning hotel located in the heart of St Ives. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of passionate and dedicated staff to deliver outstanding customer service and experiences.
  • Champion the values and spirit of St Austell Brewery, inspiring your team to excel and setting a high standard for excellence.
  • Monitor and improve team performance, providing constructive feedback and nurturing talent to drive success.
  • Oversee all aspects of finance and administration, ensuring seamless operations and high standards.
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders and customers, building trust and loyalty.
  • Support and develop your team members, recognizing their strengths and areas for growth.
  • Communicate effectively with your team, delegating tasks and responsibilities to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Stay ahead of customer feedback, adapting and improving to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider St Austell Brewery team to drive business growth and success.
