About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Equity Derivatives Sales Specialist to join our Institutional Sales team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our listed index options and futures business across EMEA, including the cross-selling of our U.S. listed options execution strategies to the EMEA client base.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the European options client base, with a focus on real money customers. They will be able to formulate and drive expansion strategy for the business, as well as join senior client meetings set up by the regional coverage teams and initiate client interactions where appropriate.

This is a highly collaborative role, and the successful candidate will work closely with our Infrastructure and various content teams to ensure our derivatives offering is well-presented and understood by clients. They will also be responsible for cross-training other sales team members using their expertise in derivatives trading and strategies.

About You
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, ideally at a Tier 1 investment bank
  • Knowledgeable about the European options client base with a focus on real money customers
  • Willing to travel and be flexible with the duties of the role
  • Knowledge in OTC derivatives and/or listed futures business is a plus
  • Ability to speak any amount of French/Italian/Spanish is a plus
  • Fluency in English is required
