About the Role

Paramount Global is seeking a skilled Data Insights Analyst to join our UK Research team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in delivering actionable insights to drive creative and commercial success across our channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team in running daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the performance of our channels and competitors, across all platforms – linear, BVOD, FAST, and SVOD.
  • Regularly report on key shows to the commissioners, marketing, and production companies.
  • Respond to ad hoc business requests.
  • Compile end-of-programme series reports, identifying actionable insights for partners.
  • Assist the team in scripting, analysing, and preparing summaries of online surveys.

Requirements

  • A passion for content and broadcasting.
  • Research experience from a media background.
  • Highly numerate and competent at analysing large datasets to deliver actionable insights.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills – PowerPoint being key.
  • Knowledge of TV data systems, including Techedge, Snowflake, TV Beat, and Adobe.
  • Experience of Dashboard/Visualisation tools, such as Tableau.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with autonomy and take responsibility for your own workload.
