Data Insight & Strategy Analyst

Aspire Data Recruitment is seeking a talented Data Insight & Strategy Analyst to join our Analytics team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing Fintech company and contribute to the development of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and interpret data to understand customer behaviours in the UK
  • Develop and drive strategic initiatives, influencing senior leadership decisions and identifying new business opportunities
  • Deliver insights to the senior leadership team, helping the business translate numbers into actionable decisions
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in analytics
  • Quantitative degree from a top-tier university
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel, Python, R, and VBA
  • Analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to drive insight from data and recommend action
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to tell a compelling story and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate blockers and prioritize tasks
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to proactively develop and promote own ideas
