Payer Engagement Director Job Description

About the Role

GSK is seeking a highly skilled Payer Engagement Director to join our team. As a key member of our Market Access team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships across the NHS.

The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the NHS landscape and the factors that influence its decision-making processes. They will be accountable for delivering market access strategies and securing national access for new asset launches.

The ideal candidate will have experience in market access, payer engagement, and stakeholder management. They will be able to develop and lead the Market Access strategy in respect of payer engagement and work with global and local teams to find solutions to complex market access and pathway problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships across the NHS.
  • Deliver market access strategies and secure national access for new asset launches.
  • Develop and lead the Market Access strategy in respect of payer engagement.

Requirements

  • Thorough understanding of the NHS landscape and the factors that influence its decision-making processes.
  • Experience in market access, payer engagement, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to develop and lead the Market Access strategy in respect of payer engagement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
