We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Negotiator/Valuer to join our busy head office in Sywell, Northamptonshire.
This fast-paced and target-driven role requires a motivated, self-starter with previous Estate Agency valuing experience who can instantly hit the ground running and establish themselves as a key player within our team.
Key Responsibilities- Represent and promote the brand and their estate agency services within the local area
- Carry out market appraisals/property valuation appointments
- Build strong relationships and provide marketing and property advice to prospective sellers
- Generate property valuation/appraisal opportunities
- Convert Property Valuation leads and appointments into listings
- Work seamlessly alongside the Sales, Admin and Marketing team to launch properties to the market
- Carry out regular vendor contact including property performance reports, interest levels, feedback, market conditions etc
- Assist the sales team with viewings and negotiations during busy periods, weekends and holiday cover
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Minimum 12 months of Property Valuation/Senior Negotiator experience
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Track record of working within a target-driven environment
- High levels of customer service
- A good understanding of the Northamptonshire property market
- Well-presented, ambitious and a self-motivated "go-getter"
- Able to provide a professional and friendly approach to Estate Agency
A full UK driving licence and your own car are essential.
The role will require you to work every other Saturday, with a lieu day off in the week.
Salary: OTE £40,000+ (Basic £27,000 - £30,000)
Benefits: 20 days holiday + Bank Holiday with 1 day(s) increase every year up to 5 years (25)
