About the Role

As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their properties are well-managed and maintained. This role is ideal for a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about commercial property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to clients on property management best practices.
  • Review properties and suggest improvements to increase their value.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of property portfolios, including credit control.
  • Create and manage service charge budgets, allocating costs effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with lease provisions, including service charges, repairing obligations, and user clauses.
  • Data management: ensure TRAMPS Management System data is up-to-date.
  • Prepare reports for clients on net operating income, arrears, property inspections, and quarterly performance.
  • Collaborate with Facilities Management teams to ensure statutory and internal obligations are met.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with occupiers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Prioritize inspections, appointments, and workload, meeting deadlines and responding to urgent requests.

Requirements:

  • RICS-accredited degree in commercial property or surveying.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Practical understanding of commercial property and surveying procedures.
