**Job Description**

We are looking for a highly skilled Power Device / Senior Power Device R&D Engineer to join our team in Cambridge, UK. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading research and innovation projects for our newest GaN power devices and ICs.

**Key Requirements**

  • Master's degree in a relevant engineering or science subject
  • Experience in project management
  • Strategic thinker with practical skills and experience
