Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Year 1 Teacher to join our team on a Part-Time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional lessons to our students, working collaboratively with the other Class Teacher to build children's curiosity and achieve their maximum potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach Year 1 students on a Part-Time basis, every Monday and Tuesday.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of all students.
  • Work closely with the SENCO to support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
  • Utilize initiative to differentiate lessons and meet the needs of all students.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience teaching Key Stage 1 (KS1) students.
  • Excellent curriculum knowledge and understanding of educational best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
