The Role
We're seeking a skilled vehicle enthusiast to join our depot team in Newbridge - Edinburgh. As a Fleet Maintenance Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring the outstanding level of service and maintenance of our campervan fleet, working closely with our Operations Manager to guarantee smooth depot operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance procedures according to OEM guidelines.
- Support fleet management activities in Edinburgh, including monitoring availability and optimizing downtime.
- Review and manage fleet damages, ensuring efficient procedures and next steps.
- Collaborate with the Customer Excellence team to resolve on-road fleet issues.
- Ensure high standards in all fleet-related procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-year experience in vehicle maintenance/repair, preferably in Rent-a-Car or Automotive Repair Shop.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to prioritize and be organized.
- English proficiency and good communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
