Service Care Solutions is a well-established provider of temporary legal staff to public sector organizations. We have a current requirement for an Adult Social Care Lawyer to work on a contract basis in Oxfordshire.

The expected salary for this position is £55-65 per hour.

About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced Adult Social Care Lawyer to provide high-quality legal advice and representation to our client in court and tribunals.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Adult Social Care law and the ability to draft complex legal documents and contracts.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal advice on complex issues related to Adult Social Care, including deprivation of liberty applications and deputyship.
  • Represent the council in court and tribunals, using your excellent advocacy skills to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Draft and review legal documents and contracts to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
