Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the Commercial Issuing Legal Entity Refresh program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, robust, and sustainable process to refresh our Legal Entities and their associates.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Design and optimize client experience and servicing strategies to meet business needs.
- Ensure strong business governance and accountability throughout the program.
- Manage risks and issues that arise from the project, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Lead the day-to-day management of third-party vendors engaged to support the refresh.
- Prepare materials for steering committees and senior leadership updates.
- Results-driven with a track record of delivering projects against aggressive timelines in a complex matrixed environment.
- Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously and achieve results.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high degrees of ambiguity and fluid priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for specifics and ability to produce high-quality documentation.
- Proven experience in building relationships and delivering value to stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills with experience working with various stakeholders.
- Able to learn new processes and capabilities quickly.
- Understanding of the SBS and/or commercial businesses, related regulatory landscape, and emerging trends/models is preferred.
