About the Role

As a Children's Residential Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing 24/7 care and support to children in our residential home. You will work closely with our team to create a safe and nurturing environment that allows our young people to thrive. Your role will involve:

  • Providing individualized care and support to children with complex needs
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people
  • Participating in recreational activities and outings to promote socialization and fun

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A full UK driving licence
  • Experience working with children and young people, preferably in a residential care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to providing high-quality care and support to children in need
