We are seeking a skilled caseworker to join our Education, Inclusion and Achievement team. As a member of our Vulnerable Learner's Locality Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that children and young people in Stockton receive the necessary support to succeed in their educational journey.

Your key responsibilities will include managing your caseload, providing support to families, and collaborating with senior leaders in schools. You will also be involved in delivering continuous professional development to groups of staff and working closely with colleagues on attendance and legal measures.

A competitive annual salary of around £36,124 is offered for this position, along with 27 days of annual leave per year (rising to 32 after five years) and bank holidays. Additionally, employees can purchase extra leave and participate in a generous Pension Scheme through the LGPS.

As part of our commitment to work-life balance, we have designated this post as suitable for flexible working. This allows the employee to allocate up to 40% of their working time to tasks outside the office.
