The RoleWe are seeking a skilled Community Builder to engage with industry experts, produce high-quality content, and share it with our target audience to drive awareness and establish the Comparesoft brand.
Key Responsibilities- Produce podcasts and video content with industry experts, showcasing their insights and expertise.
- Engage with our audience on social media platforms, fostering a community around our brand.
- Conduct interviews and surveys with B2B software buyers and vendors, gathering valuable information and insights.
- Leverage every opportunity to build awareness of Comparesoft, promoting our brand and values.
- Complete ownership of industry expert engagement, ensuring seamless collaboration and content creation.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with our audience.
- Information-oriented communication, with a focus on accuracy and a commitment to doing the right thing.
- Experience in video content production, with a preference for candidates with 3+ years of experience.
- Positive and energetic outlook, celebrating both minor milestones and major goals.
- Organisational skills, with the ability to efficiently produce and publish video content.
- Thoughtful communication, maintaining insightful and well-planned communications with industry experts.
- Speed and quality of execution, with a focus on rapid execution and high-quality results.
- Tough but empathetic questioning, with the ability to ask challenging questions to both team members and experts.

- Produce podcasts with industry experts, showcasing their insights and expertise.
- Manage and maintain a podcast/video production calendar, taking full ownership.
- Engage with our audience on social media platforms, fostering a community around our brand.
- Experiment with new content ideas, leveraging our content strategy to drive growth and awareness.
- Health and Wellness: We prioritize your health with comprehensive medical insurance, including coverage for spouses/partners and children for eligible employees.
- Podcast Planning: We operate on a 3-month podcast plan, allowing for effective planning and prioritization.
- Exposure to Leadership: You'll work closely with the Head of Content and the Product Architect, giving you full exposure to our content strategy and tools to excel in your role.
- Tools and Resources: We use Trello, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Mouseflow, ChatGPT, and other tools to plan and track our content management processes.
- Continuous Learning: To support your learning, we provide a budget for online training.
- Commitment to Best Practices: We use A/B testing to continuously improve our content.
