We have established ourselves as a trusted platform, with organisations such as KPMG, GE, Volvo, Siemens, Invesco, Barclays, and 19,000 other businesses, both large and small, relying on us for their software comparison needs.
We have experienced significant growth, with a 10X increase in the last five years.
The next step in our journey is to build awareness and establish the Comparesoft brand. To achieve this, we're seeking a Community Builder who will engage with industry experts, produce podcasts and video content, and share this content with our target audience to drive awareness.
Responsibilities:- Produce podcasts and video content with industry experts.
- Engage with our audience on social media platforms.
- Conduct interviews and surveys with B2B software buyers and vendors.
- Leverage every opportunity to build awareness of Comparesoft.
We are looking for a collaborative go-getter who excels at creating content and driving brand awareness campaigns.
Exceptional communication skills are essential for podcasts and social media engagement.
Information-oriented communication is crucial for building brand awareness, and a commitment to doing the right thing is essential.
We are looking for candidates with 3+ years of experience in producing video content, who can hit the ground running.

- Organisational skills are necessary for producing and publishing video content efficiently.
- Thoughtful communication is required for maintaining insightful and well-planned communications with industry experts.
- Speed and quality of execution are essential for a start-up like Comparesoft.
- Tough but empathetic questioning is necessary for asking challenging questions to both team members and experts.
- We rank on the first page of search engines for our key markets.
- Our lead generation has grown by 72% thanks to our content strategy.
- Our podcasts are featured on popular podcast platforms.
- Our content strategy has made us the fastest-growing B2B software comparison platform.
- Produce podcasts with industry experts.
- Manage and maintain a podcast/video production calendar, taking full ownership.
- Engage with our audience on social media using our content.
- Experiment with new content ideas, as we conduct 150 content tests a year.
We prioritise your health with comprehensive medical insurance, including coverage for spouses/partners and children for eligible employees.
We operate on a 3-month podcast plan, allowing for effective planning and prioritisation.
You'll work closely with the Head of Content and the Product Architect, giving you full exposure to our content strategy and tools to excel in your role.
We use a range of tools to plan and track our content management processes, including Trello, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Mouseflow, and ChatGPT.
We provide a budget for online training to support your learning.
We use A/B testing to continuously improve our content.
We are building the UK's first recommendation engine for software products, offering you the opportunity to be part of a pioneering and profitable project.
