Join Our Team as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic and rapidly growing automation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our automated systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on automation equipment, including machine start-up, routine and planned shut down, and fault diagnosis and corrective actions.
  • Communicate machine status and performance across shift teams to ensure effective handovers.
  • Maintain and repair automated bagging systems, conveyors, high bay cranes, auto stores, robots, and other equipment.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and implement improvements to our automated systems.
Requirements:
  • Apprentice-trained engineer with NVQ/C&G Level 3 or greater in electrical or mechanical bias discipline.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with conveyors, cranes, sortation, and hanging garment is desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain excellent craftsmanship.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary of £52,500.
  • Paid overtime at 1.5x.
  • 4 on 4 off days and nights pattern with 12-hour shifts.
  • Pension and 20 shifts holiday.
