Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Caretaker to join our team at a luxury development in West Sussex. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the security and upkeep of the building.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the security and safety of the building and its occupants by maintaining a secure and safe environment
  • Perform daily checks of the building, including the exterior, removing any obstacles or litter
  • Monitor contractors and service personnel attending the building, ensuring minimal disturbance to residents
  • Undertake minor maintenance works when directed to, including touch-ups of scuff marks on communal walls/stairwells and lamp replacements
  • Assist in distribution of important development updates or notices of upcoming works

Requirements:

  • Experience in Residential or 5* Hotels
  • Reliable and timekeeping
  • Immaculate presentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Salary Range: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
